Cleaning Offer & Plan Terms

1. Eligibility

• You must be a new Lopes Cleaning client with no previously completed paid service.
• The service must be booked directly with Lopes Cleaning and accepted in writing.
• The property must be within our service area and the requested work must be accepted as safe and serviceable.
• The offer applies to the first eligible service actually completed and paid in full.

A person may not receive additional first-cleaning discounts by using another name, phone number, email address, household member, company, affiliated account, or booking profile for the same client or service address.

2. How the discount is calculated

The discount equals 15% of the eligible cleaning-labor amount shown on the final accepted quote, after any scope or condition adjustments. There is no maximum dollar cap. The discount does not apply to taxes, gratuities, products or materials, equipment rental, parking, tolls, travel or access charges, cancellation fees, rescheduling fees, damage charges, third-party services, or other pass-through costs.

If the property condition, size, access, or requested work differs materially from the information used for the estimate, Lopes Cleaning may revise the scope and base price before calculating the discount.

3. Restrictions

• The offer has no cash value and is not transferable or refundable.
• It cannot be combined with another promotion, referral credit, negotiated discount, or contract concession unless Lopes Cleaning agrees in writing.
• Unused value is forfeited and cannot be carried to a later visit.
• Rescheduled service remains eligible only if Lopes Cleaning confirms the new date and the client complies with applicable scheduling terms.
• A canceled, incomplete, unsafe, refused, disputed, or unpaid service does not create a right to cash, credit, or future promotional value.

4. Senior first-cleaning savings

Customers age 65 or older may request a special senior offer before accepting their first-service quote. The exact savings are confirmed in writing with the personalized estimate and are not represented by a universal public percentage.

• The senior offer applies only when it is expressly shown on the written quote accepted before service.
• Lopes Cleaning may reasonably verify age and first-service eligibility before confirming the offer.
• The senior offer is an alternative introductory offer and does not stack with the 15% new-client offer or another promotion unless the written quote expressly says otherwise.
• Only one introductory offer applies per eligible customer, household or business, service address, and related booking account.
• The offer has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and does not create a right to the same promotional amount for future services.

5. Weekly and biweekly plan options

Special plan options may be available for cleaning scheduled weekly or every other week. They are personalized service arrangements, not a universal percentage discount or guaranteed public price.

• Plan scope and pricing depend on the property, requested tasks, condition, frequency, location, scheduling needs, and service availability.
• An initial, deep, restorative, move-related, or unusually intensive cleaning may be priced separately from later maintenance visits.
• Plan pricing applies only while the agreed scope, access conditions, payment terms, and service frequency are maintained.
• Skipped visits, extended gaps, added tasks, changed conditions, or a different frequency may require a revised quote before the next service.
• The written quote or service confirmation controls the applicable price, included work, start date, and any stated validity period.

6. Verification and misuse

Lopes Cleaning may reasonably verify eligibility and deny or remove the discount when information is false, duplicated, incomplete, or used to circumvent these limits. Fraudulent or abusive use may also result in cancellation of the booking or refusal of future service, subject to applicable law.

7. Changes to offers and plans

Lopes Cleaning may modify, suspend, or end an offer or plan option prospectively at any time. A written quote that specifically includes an offer or plan price will be honored through that quote’s stated expiration date, provided the client remains eligible and the confirmed scope, condition, access, and frequency do not materially change. Applicable law controls if it provides a right that cannot be limited by these terms.
